8-Week Journey

The Reclaim Your Inner King: 8-Week Journey is a guided initiation into the deeper layers of masculine development. Through the transformative power of the archetypes—the King, Warrior, Lover, and Magician—you’ll uncover the patterns, wounds, and unconscious behaviors that have been shaping your life, often without your awareness.

Over eight weeks, you’ll learn how to restore the King to the throne, allowing the other archetypes to work in healthy balance rather than running your life from the shadows. This journey blends self-inquiry, emotional integration, embodiment practices, and brotherhood to help you move out of survival mode and into clarity, responsibility, and purpose.

This is not a surface-level program or a quick fix. It’s a structured path back to your center—where you reclaim authority over your life, deepen your relationships, and begin leading yourself with confidence, integrity, and grounded presence.

1:1 Session(s)

To step fully into your King, you must first become aware of what’s been running your life—and what no longer deserves the throne. In private 1:1 sessions, we go deep together, identifying the patterns, wounds, and shadow parts that have been steering the ship, and reconnecting you with the part of you that was always meant to lead.

This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about reuniting with the King within—the grounded, clear, purpose-driven presence that brings order, direction, and strength to every area of your life. When the King is restored, your energy shifts. You move through the world with clarity and confidence, impacting your relationships, work, and inner life in powerful ways. These sessions are an invitation to come home to yourself and lead from a place of truth, responsibility, and inner authority. Available to book individually or as a package of 5.

Bi-Weekly Men's Group

The MetroWest Men’s Collective is a bi-weekly men’s group created for men who want a place to show up fully, without masks, judgment, or pressure to have it all figured out. This is a grounded, supportive space where men come together to speak honestly, listen deeply, and do the inner work alongside others walking a similar path.

Through facilitated discussion, reflection, and shared experience, the group supports emotional growth, accountability, and deeper self-awareness. You’ll explore themes like relationships, purpose, boundaries, leadership, and personal challenges while being witnessed by other men who are committed to growth and integrity.

This is not therapy, and it’s not performative masculinity. It’s consistent brotherhood—a place to reconnect with yourself, strengthen your inner leadership, and remember that you don’t have to carry it alone.
